Beginners Yoga Course

Class Description:
Yoga can be quite intimidating for those who are new to the practice, or haven’t been to a class for a while.  It doesn’t need to be. Our Beginner’s course is the perfect introduction into Yoga. 

Over 6 weeks we slow our practice down, and with explanations and demonstrations, you’ll be taken on the start of your yoga journey.

The course is designed to improve flexibility, improve strength, aid sleep, improve posture, build up comfort levels in practising yoga and much more. You’ll also gain the confidence to join our mixed level classes.

Restorative Yoga Course

Class Description:
This course, is designed to deeply relax the body, still the mind and improves your for healing and balancing. During a Restorative yoga practice, you still stretch, but you relax fully in the stretch so that any tension held by the body can slowly be released.

Each class will begin with a short breathing exercise before moving into a deeply relaxing restorative Yoga practice.The perfect anecdote to modern day, busy lives. Bliss

A beautiful evening created for you, in which you can settle in, enjoy a heart opening mantra, gentle and soft pranayama and a heart inspired guided meditation.

Women’s Circle

Each month a different theme, but with the same goal of creating a relaxing place where we can gather and connect. We’ll talk about things we love and things we struggle with. It’s an opportunity to share experiences and have them heard and understood. 

We focus on an array of topics ie. self-love, health, sexuality, body image, emotional balance. It’s a space for you to be part of, to be seen, heard, and be supported.
Each session we’ll put the kettle on and start with a guided meditation to bring us together. We’ll then focus on one theme and share thoughts and experiences.
All welcome, all blankets and cushions provided. Bring a notepad to jot down any thoughts that emerge during the session

Technique & Alignment – Sun Salutations

Already know the basics? Want to Strengthen your practice? Want to Improve your confidence in certain postures? This series of workshops is for you.

These workshops help you get a better feel for your own practice and how to move in poses to prevent injury and for greater ease in practice. Join us for an interactive afternoon. We will problem solve together to help you develop a clear understanding of how to apply key alignment concepts to your unique physical structure.

In this first of this series we take a deeper look into Sun Salutations. The foundation to Vinyasa Flow Yoga. We explore each posture within the series and work on jumping back, stepping forward, back bends and the work on the more challenging postures such as updog and chaturanga.
This time together is a general introduction to key concepts of alignment in yoga. The workshop will include demonstration, discussion and assisted and non – assisted adjustments. Ideal for all levels of yoga, this workshop will guide you deeper into your postures and practice.

Restore & Renew Yoga  Workshop

Join Pamela for her 2nd instalment of a blissful afternoon of Yoga and deep relaxation.
The afternoon will be a calming, nourishing mix of breathing exercises, restorative Yoga, guided meditation and will end with a deeply relaxing Savasana.
During the session you will feel deeply relaxed, refreshed and experience an improved sense of wellness. Our time together can help can also help you have a good night’s sleep.

All levels of yoga welcome and all equipment is provided.
